Dear fellow Idaho Republicans, 

Attached to this email is a SAMPLE petition I have written, which is intended to spark a drive to ban Sharia law in Idaho. 

Sharia law is thoroughly anathema to the values and principles enshrined in our U.S. and Idaho Constitutions.  Sharia Law should be banned in America and, more to my point, the State of Idaho, because any ideology or belief system that stands against our Constitution, our freedoms, or the God-given equality of men and women has no place anywhere in this country.

I also recommend people read Glenn Beck’s book It IS about Islam for a concise examination of this issue. 

Please share this email with your central committee members and anyone else you think should be interested in this.  Then, take whatever action you deem appropriate to support this important cause. 

Here in District 7, all 3 of our elected representatives, Senator Cindy Carlson, along with Representatives Kyle Harris and Charlie Shepherd, are on board with banning Sharia law in Idaho in the upcoming 2026 legislative session.  

The State of Texas has recently taken the initiative by banning Sharia law in their state (https://gov.texas.gov/es/news/post/governor-abbott-signs-law-banning-sharia-compounds-in-texas).   

Idaho needs to follow suit!
