ICRCC Election Candidates Screening And Endorsement – “Operational Guidelines” 

Below is the recently adopted ICRCC ‘vetting process’ to receive a “Candidate Endorsement”:

    Y / N    1. Does the candidate want an ICRCC endorsement? (Or currently have one?)

    Y / N    2. Is the candidate a registered Republican currently residing in Idaho County? 

    Y / N    3. Has the candidate been historically registered as a republican? If so, where? 

    Y / N    4. Why is the candidate a Republican?

    Y / N    5. Will the candidate adhere to the Idaho State and County Republican platforms?

    Y / N    6. Will the candidate agree to a background check?

Pertinent State Calendar deadlines (all from pg. 3 of that document) are itemized below: 

Aug. 18th thru 29th – Filing ‘window’ (All candidates).

Sep. 5th – Non partisan write-ins deadline. 

Sep. 5th – Non partisan certifications deadline. 

Sep. 5th – Non partisan withdrawals deadline. 

Sep. 19th – Candidate qualifications and/or complaints deadline.
