IDAHO COUNTY REPUBLICAN CENTRAL COMMITTEE
Meeting Minutes June 17, 2025
The regular monthly meeting of the ICRCC was held at the Super 8 Motel in Grangeville on June 17, 2025. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Vince Rundhaug.
Roll was taken and 20 members were present. We had a quorum.
Youth Coordinator Tate Manly led the prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Treasurer Patricia Menough moved to approve the business agenda as presented. The motion was seconded and approved.
PC Glen Poxleitner moved to approve the May 27, 2025 meeting minutes. The motion was seconded and approved.
Treasurer Patricia Menough gave a financial report. The complete report will be filed with the official meeting minutes.
Standing Committee Reports
Event Planning Committee Report
Committee Chair Patricia Menough circulated a sign-up sheet for the Art in the Park event being held on Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th at the Grangeville City Park during Border Days. There are still some booth shifts needing to be filled and all PC’s are asked to sign up for at least one 2 hour shift.
The ICRCC will also have a float in Grangeville Border Days parade on Friday, July 4th. Chairman Vince Rundhaug will have the float trailer at the Meadowlark parking lot by 1:30 p.m. for decorating. The parade will begin at 2:00 p.m. All PC’s are encouraged to participate.
Campaign & Elections Committee Report
Chair Jim Passmore’s report was included with the Unfinished Business Rules & Regulations discussion.
Public Relations & Publicity Report
Chair Mary Mangold gave a report on the process for including ICRCC events on the reader board at the Idaho County courthouse as an additional public awareness source. She will now be requesting upcoming ICRCC events be included on the reader board. Mary will also be working with the Idaho County Free Press having the ICRCC meeting dates and website address included in the community news portion of the publication which is free of charge.
Special Committee – Zoom Committee
Zoom Committee members PC Mike Kindrick and PC James Zehner (PC Megan Turner was not in attendance) requested more time to research equipment options/prices, as well as other issues needing to be considered before implementation. They will report their findings at the July meeting.
Local Elected Officials and Other Reports
Idaho County Sheriff
Sheriff Doug Ulmer was not in attendance.
Idaho County Republican Women’s Club
Club President Patricia Menough reported the group is not meeting through the summer months. The next meeting will be in September.

Rules & Resolutions
Chair Vince Rundhaug shared information on the State Republican Summer Meeting being held in Pocatello June 20th -21st. The informational packet including Rules & Resolutions was emailed to PC’s with the ICRCC May meeting minutes and again with the ICRCC June meeting reminder. The committee reviewed and discussed each resolution. Vince will be reporting on the State meeting at the July ICRCC meeting.
Idaho County May 2025 Election Results
Chair Vince Rundhaug shared voter statistics from the May 2025 election. Important issues were decided by few voters. The voter statistics will be sent out with the meeting minutes for PC’s to review voter turnout in their own precincts.
New Business
PC Vacancies Chair Vince Rundhaug has received a verbal resignation from Cottonwood #1 PC Debbie O’Neil for personal reasons. State Committeeman Jason Hollibaugh moved to nominate Scott Perrin for the position of Cottonwood #1 PC on contingency of receiving the official resignation from Debbie. The motion was seconded and the nomination passed. Scott will accept the nomination once the official resignation has been received.
Other PC positions having been formally vacated are Glenwood and Greencreek. Pending vacancies include Lowell and Pollock. Vince will begin the process to fill the vacated position and formalizing the pending vacancies.
Announcements State Republican Summer Meeting will be held in Pocatello June 20 – 21, 2025. Chair Vince Rundaugh and State Committeewoman Rose Pogue will be attending; State Committeeman Jason Hollibaugh and Youth Coordinator Tate Manley will not be attending.
Youth Coordinator Tate Manley announced he will be leaving his position to attend Patriot Academy in Texas. Tate has done an outstanding job on the ICRCC and we wish him well in all future endeavors.
The next meeting of the ICRCC will be on July 15, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Grangeville Super 8.
State Committeeman Jason Hollibaugh moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded and passed. The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
